The propulsive foot(1) is worked alternately with the fixed foot(3) between the upper position and the lower holding position. The sequence rotation driving is transformed to a reciprocating motion of the propulsive foot(1) and the fixed foot(3). The propulsive device hold or releases the texture alternately at the holding position. As the propulsive foot and the fixed foot move from the upper position of the motion to the lower position, the velocity of the feet reaches to the maximum at the middle point and decreases after the point and drops to zero to one seventh of the maximum velocity at the lower holding position.
