PURPOSE:To make it possible to permanently sustain the effect of prevention of vibration to aim at eliminating the adjustment of a link chain which requires an expert, by arranging a vibration preventing member in a corner section of a conveyer device so that it makes into press-contact with a link chain pin, axially thereof. CONSTITUTION:During movement of a carrier 1 a lower roller 8 is shifted between a lower rail 11 and a sprocket 12 in a corner section of a coating device, and therefore, vibration is generated through a link chain pin 6 of the carrier 1, axially of the pin 6 just after start or stop of movement of the carrier 1. At this time, since the link chain pin 6 is pressed by a pulley 14 in the corner section, the phenomenon of vibration which is generated axially of the chain pin 6 in the corner section just after start or stop of movement of the carrier 1, is surely prevented. As a result, it is possible to prevent a shadow mask 4 from coming off due to impact and also to prevent the component parts of the carrier from being broken due to fatigue and so forth, and further it is possible to facilitate the speed-up of movement of the carrier 1 and to realize index-up of the coating device.
