Simplified device for assembling decorative elements for clothing accessories, which comprises: A lateral elements 1, 2 consisting of a tab 3 for fastening to the support, of a central framework 4 and of a hooking grid 5, B pearl-type rings 6 which slide both around the fastening tab 3 and around the hooking grid 5, C a linking piece 8 comprising, on its back face, lateral notches 7 for receiving the said hooking grids 5 and, on the front face, a central groove 9 having two openings 11 of small diameter in which a thermoplastic rivet 10 is accommodated, D an immobilising metallic plate 13 which is placed on the back face of the linking piece 8 in order to lock the hooking grid 5 in the notches 7 and on which are provided openings 14 aligned with the openings 11 in the said groove 9 for the two rods 12 of the thermoplastic rivet 10 which are intended to be heat-sealed onto the said plate 13. <IMAGE>
