PURPOSE:To discharge a bulk material pulverized to a predetermined size through a chute by arranging a crusher in the middle of the chute connected to a hopper. CONSTITUTION:The ash separated from exhaust gas is temporarily stored in a hopper 1, the ash in the hopper 1 is fed to an ash chute 4 by a screw conveyor 2 and reaches a rotary valve 3, is fed to the ash chute 4 further below by the rotary value 3 by a fixed quantity, is dropped through the ash chute 4, and is fed to a crusher 6. The ash fed into the crusher 6 is held and conveyed by rotary edges 9 rotated at a low speed by the force transmitted from a drive motor 10 via a chain 11 and is cut into pieces and pulverized by the biting action between a receiving edge and the rotary edges 9. The pulverized ash is scattered and removed from the rotary edges 9 and is discharged downstream, and it is further dropped in the ash chute 4 and is fed to a mixing tank 5.
