PURPOSE:To decrease the exciting current with the magnetic resistance increased and improve the motor efficiency, by providing a nonferrous ring between the projection of an iron core and a housing. CONSTITUTION:A coil 3 is wound around an iron core 1, of which on four(4) spots of the outside circumference projections 2 are provided. A rotor 4 is supported by a shaft 5. On the inside surface of a housing 7 made of iron plate, a ring 6 of nonferrous metal such as aluminum, etc. is fixed, to which the projection 2 of the iron core 1 is inserted. The flux excited by the coil 3 allows two(2) flows: the one from the iron core 1 to the rotor 4; the other from the iron core to the housing 7 through a projection. the latter i.e. the flow to the housing 7 becomes worse by the nonferrous metal of the ring 6 and the flux is reduced.
