PURPOSE:To attempt an unmanned operation for a long time by providing a conveyor feeding a long plates, a cutting device, a loader arm transporting materials to a work table, an alignment arm transferring the plate to a reference position, a clamping device and the like. CONSTITUTION:A long plate 1 to be work out is forwarded by a conveyor 2 as it is a continuous lengths so as to be cut out into a dimension as required by a cutter 3. Subsequently it is forwarded underneath a loader arm 23 by a conveyor 4 so as to be sucked up by vacuum chucks 27 and 27, and then in placed on a work table 15 with an arm 25 swung. And a plate 101 is transferred to a reference position by both an alignment boom 17 operated by a hydraulic cylinder 19, and an another alignment arm operated by a hydraulic cylinder 20. Subsequently, a clamp 21 is lowered for fixing with a hydraulic cylinder 22 actuated whereby electric discharge machining is started. Owing to this constitution, this device is capable of fabricating a number of working objects for a long time with no operator attended.
