PURPOSE:To prevent accidents dur to a travelling anchor from happening, by storing data from a radar in a predetermined time, and thereafter by calculating an averaged value from the data so that an alarm is issued when the difference between the averaged value and the present position exceeds a set value. CONSTITUTION:The data of ship positions obtained from the echos of a radar are digitalized in a digitalizing part 2, and, after the data being processed concerning the position and speed of the ship, a process 3 of tracing a target ship is carried out. The data of ship positions obtained by the tracing process 3 are stored in a predetermined time, and thereafter, an averaged value of the ship position data is calculated. When the difference in distance between the averaged value and the present ship position exceeds a preset value, an alarm is issued. With this arrangement, a travelling anchor which makes the ship fall in a drifting condition may be beforehand catched. |
