<p>Machine for assembling longitudinal bars (5) and transversal frames (6) in order to fabricate the metal armature of a reinforced concrete beam. The machine comprises an evacuation station (4) wherein driving grippers are carried by horizontal rods traversing the tunnel formed by a stacking of frames (6) in a magazine (31). Said grippers grip the extremity of the bars (5) which are guided by means of supports of a loading station (1) and which then follows the step motions (arrow 57) of the carriage of the discharge station (4). In an assembly station (3), the frames (6) are fixed one at a time on the bars (5). The magazine (31), the supports of the loading station (1) and the driving grippers are adjustable along a transversal plane for adaptation to different shapes and dimensions of armatures.</p> |
