PURPOSE:To make positioning for both gearing and braking devices ever so easy and keep off any drop in mechanical strength as well as to aim at improvements in productivity, by molding a stopper part solidly together with an axle as the constitution, in case of the axle provided with the stopper part and a screw part for positioning these gearing and braking devices. CONSTITUTION:A stopper part 19 is bulgingly formed in the specified position of a rear axle 18 upon solidification in plastic molding by means of a forging process. Then, a first collar 21 in length as specified is fitted in a spline 20 in making it contact with the stopper 19, while a bevel gear 17b at the driven side of a final gearing device 17 is fitted in this collar 21, and a final gear case 22 is attached thereto. In addition, each of collars 27 and 28 is connected inseries and fitted therein as well, and then a brake drum 31 and a brake panel 32 are attached each to them. Likewise, a drum cover 33 is attached to the collar 21. Thus, the stopper part is solidified with the axle by means of plastic molding whereby positioning for both gearing and braking devices is made ever so easy without any drop in mechanical strength and, what is more, improvements in productivity are well promoted. |
