PURPOSE:A hair tonic and skin cosmetic, containing an extract solution of Wasabia japonica Matsumura and having improved hair tonic effect hyperfunction of the skin and hair tonic effect on various kinds of alopecia without side effect. CONSTITUTION:A hair tonic and skin cosmetic, obtained by blending an extract solution prepared by extracting leaves or petioles of Wasabia japonica Matsumura with an alcohol, preferably an alcohol, e.g., ethanol, etc., aqueous alcohol, e.g. a mixture solution containing a glycol, e.g. 40-60% propylene glycol or 1,3-butylene glycol with water, etc., or glycol solution with, as necessary, a hair tonic or skin cosmetic together with a normally used additive and capable of activating metabolism of the skin and effective for various kinds of alopecia without disappearance of hair roots. |
