PURPOSE:To execute a fine adjustment in a multistage after mounting, by mounting an optical element to a supporting member through plural springs made of a shape memory alloy, and restoring it to the original form by heating the spring selectively. CONSTITUTION:A lens assembly 2 mounts a spherical lens 21 to a ring-shaped holder 22 through compression coil springs 23A-23D made of a shape memory alloy. The springs 23A-23D are fitted and attached to bosses 24A-24D of the inside of the holder by each one end thereof, and the lens 21 is made to abut on the other end of the spring 23 and held by a flat spring seat surface which has been formed in its periphery. As for the spring 23, that of the original form state is drawn out exceeding the elastic limit by applying a tensile force, compressed by a strong force in a state that a plastic deformation has been left, and integrated into the holder 22. A fine adjustment after mounting is executed by using the spring 23 and for instance, a laser beam 5, and executing selectively a local heating. In this way, the fine adjustment after mounting can be executed in a multistage. |
