<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a rubber coated fabric not influenced by hot water washing, finishing steam ironing, body pressing and the like by using dust powder of special properties in the dusting process of manufacture of rubber coated fabric for clothing. CONSTITUTION:As dust powder for rubber coated fabric, 50-100wt% of ring- shaped and space network-shaped vinyl chloride resin finely divided powder having 3mum-40mum grain diameter. 50-100wt% of denatured starch powder pretreated with crosslinking treatment or imparted with hard swelling and hard gelation properties and 50-0wt% of silicic acid powder are mixed up to form up a total 100wt%. After dusting, said dusting powder is removed and cured by a heat curing machine to manufacture rubber coated fabric. Rubber coated fabric thus manufactured is free from gelation of dusting powder generating by hot water washing, finishing steam ironing, body pressing and the like.</p> |
