PURPOSE:To prevent generation of unevenness in a combustion condition between cylinder and to maintain a good condition of emission, by providing a secondary air supply source and a correcting means, which can adjust a supply quantity of secondary air to each cylinder, in a passage connecting with an engine. CONSTITUTION:A control unit 17, which receives an engine speed detection signal (a) and a load detection signal (b), decides whether or not an engine is in a speed region where supply of secondary air is necessary. When the supply is necessary, the control unit 17, which receives a combustion condition detection signal (c) of each cylinder, decides whether or not a difference between each cylinder combustion pressure is in a fixed value or more. When the difference is in the fixed value or more, which cylinder to generate a larger combustion pressure is decided. From that result, the control unit 17, which rotates a valve 13A by driving a step motor 13B, increases a supply quantity of secondary air to the cylinder of low combustion pressure while decreases the supply quantity to the cylinder of high combustion pressure. In this way, unevenness in a combustion condition can be corrected, and emission can be prevented also from worsening.
