PURPOSE:To heighten reliability for a device, and to simplify and miniaturize the device, by arranging a sliding member slidably within a case, detecting the inserted stage of a card, and locking the card in the inserted state at the most retreated position of the sliding member. CONSTITUTION:When an IC card is inserted into the device from an inserting hole, the tip edge of the card is abutted with a connecting block. By further insertion of the card, a slide block is retreated along a guide groove against an energizing force by the pulling of a spring 34. When the insertion of the card is detected by a photoelectric switch, an electromagnet 42b is conducted, then being demagnetized, and simultaneously, levers 40 and 41 are turned by the energizing force of the spring 34, and a latch 48 is protruded in the inserting hole, and also, a magnetic substance 41a mounted at on the other end of the lever 41 is magnetized on an electromagnet 42a, and the IC card is latched in a latched state by a latch 48. When the IC card is abnormal, the electromagnet 42a is demagnetized, and the lever 41 is put in a free state, then a lock being released. |
