PURPOSE:To form a circuit having the other mode with ease of control by deciding a switching voltage for a normal function mode and other mode depending on the threshold value of a MOS transistor (TR). CONSTITUTION:A drain of the 2nd MOS TR T4 whose gate is connected to the 1st power supply and whose source is connected to the 2nd power supply is connected to the source of the 1st MOS TR T3 whose drain and gate are connected in common and connected to the 1st power supply and the source of the 3rd MOS TR T5 whose drain and gate are connected in common is connected. In selecting a comparison level VR2 of a differential amplifier as the 1st power voltage VCC, when an input VI2 is lower than a potential VCC +VT, the input is judged to be a low level, the normal function mode is obtained and when the input VI2 is higher than the potential VCC+VT, the input is judged to be a high level and the other mode is obtained.
