PURPOSE:To facilitate a collecting operation for pipings by a method wherein a thermal insulation material for each of the pipings is provided with a holding surface for use in holding a power supply cord, a connector member for use in connecting each of the thermal insulation materials is arranged at a seal member and at the same time a seal piece for connecting the thermal insulation materials to each other is arranged at a side opposing to the connector member. CONSTITUTION:Holding surfaces 3a and 4a of each of thermal insulation materials 3 and 4 are opened to keep a storing space for a power supply cord 6. The power supply cord 6 is stored in a holding space 7, and a seal piece 5a is adhered onto one of the seal members 5 while the power supply cord 6 being held with the holding surfaces 3a and 4a. This operation is continued along an axial direction of coolant pipes 1 and 2 so as to collect the pipings. With this arrangement, the collected condition of the pipings and the power supply cord shows their uniform height, resulting in that their fixing work for a wall or the like is facilitated. Since the power supply cord is press fitted by the thermal insulation materials, the cord may not be projected out during connecting work of the seal materials and then a collecting work is remarkably improved.
