PURPOSE:To aim at making improvements in perfect finishing and cutting speed, by installing a cutting part for finishing, which comes nearer to the rear side in a cutting direction of a cutting part for roughing and tilts at a proper angle, and making either of these cutting parts retractable and adjustable to a work. CONSTITUTION:A cutting part 16 for roughing is clamped to a tip part of a holder 14 of a composite cutting tool 13. In this holder 14, there is provided with a notch part 20 at the rear side of the roughing cutting part to a cutting direction arrow 19, and a movable small piece 21 is lamped to this notch part 10 which a screw 22. And, a cutting part 23 for finishing is attached to a tip part of this movable small piece 21 as being tilted to some extent. In addition, a chip discharging groove 25 is formed in a side face at the side of the roughing cutting part 16 of the movable small piece 21. And, this movable small piece 21 is made adjustable in a movement direction with an adjusting bolt 31. With this constitution, roughing and finishing operations are simultaneously performed, and since the finishing cutting part is installed as being tilted to some extent, finishing speed also can be quickened. Likewise, sizing adjustment between both these cutting parts is easily performable as well. |
