PURPOSE:To reduce consumption of a low temperature liquid and keep temperature in a work constant as well as to aim at improvement in efficiency, by installing a cylinder, housing the low temperature liquid, at the outside of a chute adjusted to an external form of the work in addition, and holding this cylinder with an airtight box body. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 2 is formed with an upper cylinder 2' and a bellows 8, and hung from an upper edge of a box body 1 so as to cause a dislocation of thermal displacement to be absorbed. An interval between the cylinder 2 and the box body 1 is made into airtightness and inhaled by a vacuum pump so that it is made to come into an adiabatic state. A low temperature liquid is poured into the cylinder 2 and the level is detected by a detecting sensor 16, thus its quantity is detected. A chute 10 adjusted to a work is airtightly installed in the cylinder so as to pass through the inside of these cylinders 2 and 2', an opening 11 is installed in the upper part, a gasified body out of the low temperature liquid is put in the chute, whereby the work is precooled, thus penetration of the outside air is prevented from entering. With this constitution, consumption of the low temperature liquid is reducible, and since the work is passed through the chute inside of constant temperature distribution at constant time, quality improvement is well promotable.
