The device according to the invention includes an insert intended to be placed in a mould, which consists of two portions which can move relatively in rotation and in translation: - a pin 1 of substantially cylindrical shape which has a series of threaded sectors 10 uniformly distributed around its periphery and separated by indented smooth sectors 12; - a part 2 which is fitted with a series of fingers 20 adapted for being housed against the indented smooth sectors 12 between the threaded sectors 10 of the said pin 1.
