PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a forming bellows by assembling a filler ring to the end part of a bellows component and by welding the end part of the bellows component by pinching it between the end member and filler ring. CONSTITUTION:Filler rings 6, 7 are fitted to the outer periphery of the bellows forming material 1' formed in a tubular shape and fitted to a forming jig 8. In this case, annular notches 11, 12 are provided in advance on the pieces 8, 10 at both ends of the jig 8 and the rings 6, 7 are fitted to the notches 11, 12. An electron beam welding is performed by supporting from the inner side the end parts 2, 3 which assembled the rings 6, 7 by fitting the component 1 subjected to forming in this state into a welding jig 13. The welding for the bellows component 1 is performed via the rings 6, 8, so that defect generation of a welding crack, etc. can be prevented. Consequently the quality of the forming bellows 1 is improved in this way.
