PURPOSE:To attain the automatic check for a control command by using a control command deciding means to decide whether a decided control command is correct or not according to a fact whether the object state stored in a control limit storage means is included or not in the state obtained by a state transition producing means. CONSTITUTION:A control limit storage part 107 contains a control limit condition table storing the control limit conditions and store the limit conditions described in a logical expression using an internal code. A control command deciding part 73 consists of a control command decision control part 91, a control action model starting part 92, a general action model starting part 93, and a control limit deciding part 94. When the part 73 is started, the part 91 copies an internal code of the present state of a present state storing table to the system state storing part of a state transition storing table 61 ad starts the part 92 to obtain the system state set after execution of the control. The part 94 checks the control specifications and then starts the part 93 when the control specifications are all satisfied. |
