发明名称 PHOTOELECTRIC TYPE DISPLACEMENT DETECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization of the title detector, by integrally forming not only a light pervious member, a ring-shaped member and a lens member but also light receiving elements. CONSTITUTION:An optical sub-lattice 16 is provided to a second member 14 composed of a light pervious member such as glass so as to be adjacent to the side faced to a main optical lattice 12. Phase dividing frames 24 dividing the lattice 16 are provided and a light emitting element 28 is mounted to the opposite side surface of the second member 14. A ring-shaped member 30 composed of, for example, an epoxy resin is mounted to the outside surface of the member 14 so as to surround said light emitting element 28 with an adhesive. Further, the end surface of a lens member 32 composed of cylindrical glass is adhered to the member 30 and a reflecting mirror 32a is formed to the opposite end surface of said lens member 32. That is, a light emitter 18 is integrally formed to the member 14 in a chip form along with the dividing frames 24 and photoelectric converter elements 34A-34D arranged so as to correspond to the division of the dividing frames 24 are fixed to a terminal board 38 in a block form. That is, a light receiver 20 is integrally provided in a chip form along with the terminal board 38. Therefore, by integrating the light emitter 18 in the side of the light receiver 20, the miniaturization of a detector can be attained.
