PURPOSE:To improve the moisture resistance of a bubble memory device by providing a narrow shape to the cut part of a lead frame for supporting a bias coil. CONSTITUTION:The narrow part 5 is provided to the lead frame 2 for supporting the bias coil 1. The shearing stress during cutting of the frame (broken line 3) is thereby considerably decreased and the crack at the boundary face of the molding resin generated in this stage is prevented. Since the narrow shape decreases the boundary face are itself of the lead frame and the molding resin, the moisture resistance is substantially improved.
