PURPOSE:To obtain a transfer sheet having a high ornamental characteristic in appearance by by partially forming a hologram effect layer for reproducing a hologram image and printing ad forming a design optionally corresponded to the reconstructed hologram image. CONSTITUTION:A patterned hologram transfer sheet 1 is provided with a film base material 2, a release layer 3, a hologram forming layer 4, the hologram effect layer 5 and an adhesive agent 6 and is provided with printed design layers 7 at adequate points of the respective layers. The film base material 2 consists of a heat resistant synthetic resin. A thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin is used for the material of the release layer 3. A resin curable by electron rays or UV rays, thermoplastic resin, etc., are used for the material of the hologram forming layer 4. The hologram effect layer 5 is formed to a patterned shape at the points when the reproduction of the hologram image is needed. Metals, such as aluminum, silver and chromium and others are used for the material. The printed design layers 7 are formed by printing designs of characters, symbols, figures, patterns, etc. by printing means. A resist layer 8 may be removed.
