PURPOSE:To grasp the accurate properties of a sprayed concrete structure constructed by spraying by spraying concrete, etc., directly on a formwork for a body to be tested. CONSTITUTION:The formwork 1 for the body to be tested is made of a lightweight netting body, which is bent to form a cylinder whose ends are both open. The blank material of the formwork 1 has numbers of holes 11 for allowing compressed air to be passed on the formwork surface. A spray nozzle 4 is arranged right above the upper opening of the formwork 1 and concrete 2 is blown into the formwork 1 from the nozzle 4. When the body 3 to be tested is manufactured, the compressed air blown into the mesh type formwork 1 passes through the holes 11 of the formwork 1 to harden the concrete 2. The concrete 2 is sprayed up to the upper opening of the formwork 1 to form the cylindrical body 3 to be tested. Thus, the manufacture conditions of the body 3 to be tested are the same with the hardening process of an actual structure of sprayed concrete, so the difference in quality from the actual structure is nearly eliminated.
