PURPOSE:To obtain a roasted food having thin thickness and containing large amount of ingredient in pastry, in high efficiency, by supplying a fluid pastry to a tray, feeding an ingredient to the tray, pressing the pastry, coagulating the pastry with heat and forming proper scorch on the surface of the pastry with heat ray irradiation. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant tray held in a tray-holding means 8 is supplied with a tray-supplying means 7 on to an endless conveyor 1 driven continuously or intermittently with a sprochet 9. Pastry is fed to the tray from tanks 2, 2' through a nozzle 4 by operating a valve 3 and is pressed with a roller 5 which may be provided with a heating means. The product is roasted with a heat ray irradiation means 6. An ingredient is supplied to the pastry at a stage between the tank 2 and the tank 2'. |
