<p>PURPOSE:To stop kneading operation at a point of time for proper kneading finish and to make kneading good by normalizing one or more of respective value of electric power for kneading, power factor and current and stopping the kneading of a kneader at a point of time reaching this normalized value. CONSTITUTION:A mixing arm 3 of a mixer 1 is rotated by a motor 4 and a raw material S is stirred and mixed. In this case, characteristic value of the motor 4, i.e., electric power is converted into voltage by an electric power detection means 11, detected and transmitted to a computer 12. The value of electric power corresponding to the optimum conditions at a time of mixing finish of the raw material S is memorized as normalized value in the computer 12, when said detected value exceeds this value of electric power, a stop signal 13 is sent and the motor 4 is stopped. Since variance is present in respective data for optimum electric power at a time of mixing finish, 10 pieces of data are averaged, checked and calculated with the normalized value, and the stop signal 13 is sent.</p> |
