PURPOSE:To obtain the org. compd. having a high transmissivity against blue light, and capable of displaying a high non-linear optical effect by using a specific compd. to the titled material. CONSTITUTION:The titled material is composed of the compd. shown by formula I or its acid adduct wherein Z<1> is an atomic group necessary to form 5 or 6 membered aromatic ring having at least one of nitro group as a substituent, Z<2> may be substituted or may be a condensed ring, and is an atomic group necessary to form a pyrrole, an imidazole, a pyrazole, a triazole or a tetrazole ring. The acid adduct is a compd. which adds (1mol of) an org. acid (for example, carboxylic acid) or an inorg. acid (for example, sulfuric acid) to the compd. shown by formula I. The 5 or 6 membered aromatic ring capable of forming by Z<1> is, for example, thiazole. The pyrrol ring capable of forming by Z<2> is for example, pyrrol, etc. The ring shown by Z<2> may contain a substituent group (for example, -S-) which can form a dimer. |
