PURPOSE:To allow a self-propelled thickness to be laterally traveled and shifted between parallel tracks by rotating a pair of rear wheels in the right angle direction the main body of the self-propelled vehicle interlockingly with the rotation of one front wheel in the right angle detection of the three-wheeled self-propelled vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When the main body B of a self-propelled vehicle is to be laterally traveled, a hooking claw 44 is protruded by a plunger 43, the front wheel is set in the disired angle direction by a steering motor 18 via a steering shaft 9, and a swaying plate 39 and an arm 42 are rotated via a steering cam 11. Thereby a rod 49 is pulled, both side arms 23, 24 are rotated, and both rear wheels 2, 3 are set in the right angle direction against the front of the main body B. Both solenoid clutches 15, 28 are engaged, and the front wheel 1 and the rear wheel 3 are rotated by a drive motor 7. On the other hand, when the main body B is to be normally traveled, only the front wheel 1 is driven with both rear wheels 2, 3 being locked forward. |
