PURPOSE:To make confirmation easy to eliminate the disturbance of outputted pictures by changing the output speed for every page with a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:One-page components of data are inputted from a reception buffer 4, and a prescribed form pattern is read out from a ROM 5 and is developed in an output buffer memory 8. The queuing time of a control table in an output control information table 6a is read out, and it is discriminated whether this queuing time is zero or not. If it is zero, the pattern in the output buffer memory 8 is outputted to form a visible image on a recording form. If the queuing time is not zero, it is set to a timer 7, and counting is performed until the set time expires; and when the set time elapses, the pattern in the output buffer memory 8 is outputted to an output part 9 to form a visible image.
