PURPOSE:To prevent relative movements between a valve seat and a valve body from being impaired, no matter what under the condition may be, by molding a sliding surface of the valve seat and/or a sliding surface of the valve body so coarsely within the specified range. CONSTITUTION:A sliding surface of a valve seat and/or a sliding surface of a valve body are formed in a range of 4.0-0.5mum in center line means roughness at a time when the cutoff value is set to 0.8mm. These sliding surfaces are coarsely formed within the specified range whereby lubricating oil is made so as to get to fit sliding surfaces themselves, and it comes to exist between these sliding surfaces for a long period of time. And, supposing that the lubricating oil between both these surfaces comes to nothing at all, inter-molecular force or the like having both sliding surfaces adsorbed with each other becomes smaller as far as a portion for that surface roughness is coarsened.
