PURPOSE:To obtain a good molded article by reducing a flow mark, weld line, sink and inner distortion, by forming a poor heat conductor layer on the surface of a molding mold core. CONSTITUTION:As a core base 1, a stainless series metal is processed and SiC which is a poor heat conductor is formed on the surface of the same as a core surface layer 2 by a sputtering method. Metals such as Ti and stainless steel, ceramics such as SiC, SiO2 and glass and resin such as ethylene tetrafluorine resin and melamine resin can be mentioned as the poor heat conduc tor of a molded core. The resin melted and injected by an injection molding machine is cast into a cavity space formed by the mold core 7 and a template 8 by passing through a sprue 5 and runner 6. Quick cooling of molten resin based on heat radiation does not happen and a flow mark and weld line are hard to occur even if the molten resin comes into contact with the surface of the mold core 7 as the surface is of a poor heat conductor. In addition to the above, a temperature difference between the first and last stages is small and an inner distortion and local sink are small also. |
