PURPOSE:To obtain a production device for a foamed body being trouble-free and light weight as well as at a low cost by fixing a bottom force component and connecting a top and a bottom force components with a link plate and a free roller for guiding as well, and by setting separately a bearing for locking to be able to adjust an arbitrary height and to incline at an arbitrary angle. CONSTITUTION:Driving and driven wheels 30, 31, 32, 33 are rotated in the arrow direc tion and a top and a bottom force components 2, 11 are heated at 50 deg.C. A mold K is set to conform to a foam B with an inclined plane in the thickness by lifting only one side of a supporting bar 27. That is, in this case, a decorative surface is inclined by lifting up a top force component 1, a guide body 20 and a duct 22 with the supporting bar 27, because the bottom force component 10 is fixed. A raw material of polyurethane foam B is discharged on a surface material S and back face material R is laminated thereon and the raw material is sent and supplied to a mold K through a guide roller and a stretching apparatus T. The raw material is molded by react- foaming during passing in this mold K and sent forth continuously as a composite board through the outlet. Owing to this constitution, the molding of a foamed body provided with an inclined plane can be easily prepared. In addition, a long-life and good appearance finished surface can be obtained because the surfaces of the top and bottom force components do not make contact with anything but a foamed body. |
