PURPOSE:To reduce the trouble to be inflicted on an operator by inhibiting an original press-contacting member from being opened if an interruption signal for carrying on the exposing operation of the remaining sheets is inputted during the exposing operation of a set number of sheets. CONSTITUTION:The exposing operation of a set number of sheets is interrupted with the interruption signal which is inputted before the end of the exposing operation and the press-contacting member is inhibited from being opened owing to the interruption signal. Namely, the operation is not canceled and the quantity of copies up to the point is held; and the press-contacting plate 1 is not opened by turning on a stop key for carrying on the operation of the remainders or with a stop command originating from a jam, no paper, no toner, etc., and the signal CS is gated with those signals. Namely, the interruption signal CS is held. |
