<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled filter having excellent sticking property against a substrate, heat-resisting property and resolution and less tendency for generating environment pollution and high dyeaffinity by coating a specific hydroxystyrene polymer and a photosensitive resin composition on a substrate, forming a pattern, dyeing it followed by forming a protective layer thereon. CONSTITUTION:The hydroxystyrene homopolymer having a substituent shown by formula I or a copolymer of the hydroxystyrene and another vinylmonomer are used as the hydroxystyrene polymer which is used as the photosensitive resin composition. In formula I, CM is a vinylmonomer, (l) is an optional integer including 0, Z is -SO3H group, etc., (q) is an optional integer of from more than 0 to less than 2, (n) is an optional integer of >=3. The hydroxystyrene which is a polymerization unit forming a skeleton of the polymer in the hydroxystyrene polymer is preferably a para or a meta type compd. The hydroxystyrene polymer is preferably 7,000-15,000 weight average mol.wt. And, the hydroxystyrene polymer contains preferably <=6wt% of a low mol.wt. substance of less than a dimer.</p> |
