PURPOSE:To reduce the production cost and contrive to improve the moldability by a method wherein split raw material produced by blending pulps, fibers and sizing agent with one another is filled into a pouring bag, the mouth of which is closed after the filling of the raw material. CONSTITUTION:An breathable stock such as Tetron stock or non-woven fabric is impregnated with thermosetting resin such as phenol, resorcinol or the like and made into a pouring bag 1, one end of which is open and which has a predetermined size. Fibrous raw material M is split with a splitter 3 and then mixed again so as to be conveyed pneumatically through a transporting pipe 5 in order to be poured in the pouring bag 1. At this time, because the air passes through the pouring bag 1, only the raw material M is left in the bag. After a certain period of time, when the pouring bag 1 is filled with the raw material M, the mouth of the pouring bag 1 is closed. Thus, a molding stock S, in which fleece-like mat FM is sealed and which has handleability, is obtained.
