PURPOSE:To support the formation of an inspection process and to shorten working by providing a system with knowledge base having the hierarchical records of information such as inspection items and conditions and an inference engine for forming an optimum inspection process based on information from the knowledge base, an inspection plan and the states of a plant and constitutional apparatuses. CONSTITUTION:Ranges A relating to inspections, sorts B, items C, system equipment D, objects E and inspection detail information F are hierarchically recorded in the knowledge base 1. When a worker 5 selectively inputs a period, a range and an item, the outline of the inspection plane with priority is indicated and the plane is corrected if necessary. Then, the state (disabling of operation of a certain system to repair an apparatus) of the plant 3 is inputted. Thus, the validity/invalidity of execution is decided based on information obtained by conversation with the knowledge base 1 to form the plan. To change the plan, a condition to be changed is inputted to the system, so that an optimum plan is reconstituted. Thus, the inspection work can be shortened. |
