PURPOSE:To simultaneously inspect a pipe wall by both a visual observation and an ultrasonic wave, by providing a pig provided with a television camera and an ultrasonic flaw detecting device. CONSTITUTION:In the tip part of a pig body 1 in which a seal member 2 is attached to the outside surface, an aperture 3 is formed in the periphery direction, and the reflecting plate 4 of a conical shape is fixed. A television camera 5 provided so as to be opposed to the reflecting plate 4 photographs the image of the inside surface of a pipe 6, reflected on the reflecting plate 4. Ultrasonic waves from plural pieces of ultrasonic transmitter-receivers provided with an interval in the peripheral direction are reflected by the reflecting plate 4, pass through the aperture 3 and oscillated to the inside surface of the pipe 6, and the ultrasonic waves reflected by the inside surface and the outside surface of the pipe 6 are received by the ultrasonic transmitter-receivers 8.
