PURPOSE:To obtain a theft preventive TAG sheet being thin in thickness and having a high accuracy, by pinching a semiconductor diode chip and an insulating film which has opened a through-hole corresponding to a conductive material, by two sheets of insulating films on which a conductive pattern has been printed. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a polyester film 11 whose thickness is about 150mu, a circuit pattern 12 is formed by printing of silver paste, and a Schottky diode chip 13 is brought to die mount on a mount part. Also, on a film 15 of the same thickness and the same material, as well, a conductive pattern 16 is formed, and a polyester film 14 whose thickness is about 200mu is pinched by both the films 11, 15. The pattern 16 is connected to an electrode 17 of the chip 13, and also, connected to the pattern 12 through a conductive material layer 18 of a through-hole which has been pierced on the film 14, by which a resonance circuit and an antenna pattern is constituted. In this way, a theft preventive TAG sheet of a thin type is obtained. |
