PURPOSE:To improve controlling accuracy based on scheduled calculation and to run efficiently and economically an electric power plant by always correcting a scheduled value based on an actual value obtained up to the preceding time. CONSTITUTION:The time tx elapsed after fire extinguishing is calculated by an electronic computer to decide whether the actual result of low pressure clean-up blow after the time tx exists or not. If there is no actual result exists, the time T=f1(tx) required for low pressure clean-up blow is used similarly to an ordinary method. When the actual result exists, the arithmetic means of f1(tx) in the (n) times of the actual results is used. The controlling method based on the scheduled calculation makes it possible to improve the controlling accuracy, to shorten the clean-up operation time rationally at the control of starting of the electric power plant and to run the electric power plant efficiently and economically.
