PURPOSE:To change a discriminating algorithm at a high speed and with a small number of parts by using the storage means such as a ROM and a RAM as a discriminating circuit to compress the information of plural bits and make it into the information of 1 bit or several bits. CONSTITUTION:When a transferring pulse (T1M1) is sent to a reader by a timing circuit 3, the signal is synchronized to the pulse and the signal is digitized, and thereafter, the signal is inputted to a shift register 1. By the shift register 1, the serial-parallel converted signal is inputted to a ROM 2. The signal inputted as the address of the ROM 2 is discriminated by the contents of a ROM, and outputted as the information of two bits in the example. When a pulse (T1M2) to frequency-divide the T1M1 into eight is given as a clock to the circuit in succession to the ROM 2 by the timing circuit 3, the information of 8 bits is compressed to two bits and given to the next circuit. |
