PREPARATION:4-Hydroxyphenylacetic acid shown by formula III and thiophene as starting raw materials are processed by several processes to form a compound shown by formula IV, which is subjected to Williamson reaction with a compound shown by formula V in ethanol in the presence of KOH to give a compound shown by formula I wherein j=k=0 and l=1.
