PURPOSE:To provide a monoclonal antibody produced from a specific cell, having specific reactivity to allergen, belonging to TgG4 subclass, useful for the diagnosis and remedy for allergic diseases and producible in a mass. CONSTITUTION:Peripheral blood, etc., of a patient of atopic allergy is collected after addition of heparin and subjected to, specific gravity centrifugation to separate lymphocyle B from the blood. Separately, an EB virus liquid is produced by culturing a cell capable of producing and releasing EB virus. The liquid is made to contact with the above lymphocyte B, transformed by culturing in a tissue culture medium, etc., and the obtained supernatant liquid is screened to obtain a cloned strain having positive antibody activity. The strain is cultured e.g. by suspension culture and the supernatant liquid is purified e.g. by affinity chromatography. |
