PURPOSE:To supply the high temperature gas into a gas turbine, preventing the heat of the gas from being robbed, when, a boiler is started, by forming a bypass passage communicating to a combustor and installing a valve device for adjusting the distributed air quantity. CONSTITUTION:A bypass passage 3 which sends the high temperature gas from a combustor 2 to a gas turbine 16, bypassing all the parts of the first heat exchanger A is installed. The first flow-rate adjusting valve 4A installed into the bypass passage 3, and the second flow-rate adjusting valve 4B is installed into a high temperature gas feeding passage 15, as the valve device 4 for adjusting the distributed air quantity to the bypass passage 3. When a boiler is started, the first flow-rate adjusting valve 4A is opened to send almost all the high temperature gas from the combustor 2 into the gas turbine 16 through the bypass passage 3. Therefore, the high temperature gas is supplied into the gas turbine 16, preventing the heat of the gas from being robbed, and the inlet temperature is raised in a short time, and the self power operation state for driving a compressor 12 can be realized.
