PURPOSE:To make it possible to restrain vibration having a large amplitude in a low frequency range, such as vibration due to cranking, by maintaining at lease either one of the spring constant and damping force of a mount at a greater value during starting of an engine, until a predetermined time elapses after complete combustion is detected. CONSTITUTION:In each mount for resiliently supporting a power unit 14 to a vehicle body 10, non-compressive fluid is charged in fluid chambers 24 which are defined between a thick rubber resilient wall 20 closing the upper end opening of a cylindrical casing 18 and a thin rubber resilient wall 22 closing the lower end opening of the cylindrical casing 18. Further, the spring constant and damping force of the mount 12 is changed by combining such a control as whether the two fluid chambers 24 are communicated with each other or not, with a such a control as whether the resilient member is restrained by a pneumatic actuator 36 or not. In this arrangement at least either one of the spring constant and damping force of the mount 12 is maintained to be large until a predetermined time elapses after the complete combustion is detected, and it is decreased after a predetermined time elapses. |
