PURPOSE:To improve the document producing efficiency within a graphic by adding a function to change automatically the size of the graphic into a proper size. CONSTITUTION:A function is provided to produce a document to be put into a graphic, to change automatically the size of the graphic into a proper size and also to change automatically the size of the graphic storing the document in response to the document quantity stored in a corrected graphic. Thus the size of the graphic is set properly and automatically in response to the document quantity to be stored in the graphic by setting an automatic graphic area designating mode. This improves greatly the producing efficiency of the document to be stored in a graphic. Furthermore the size of a drawn graphic can be changed automatically into a proper size in response to the quantity of the corrected document by setting the automatic graphic area setting mode when the document in the graphic is edited and corrected. This can improve greatly the editing/correcting efficiency with the document stored in the graphic.
