PURPOSE:To prevent a copying machine from the danger of firing by providing the machine with a temperature fuse melting detecting means and a fan motor stop delaying means. CONSTITUTION:After being started, the copying machine 1 executes initialization at first, executes normal operation, executes abnormal detection in the normal operation, and if abnormality is detected, suspends copying operation, and decides whether temperature fuses 2b, 4b or 7b are melted or not. When melting of any one of the temperature fuses 2b, 4b, 7b is decided, the reference function of the copying machine 1 is stopped, but a fan motor 9a is not stopped and continuously run as it is. Then, a timer included in a microcomputer 10 is cleared and started, and at the time-up of the timer, the fan motor 9a is turned off. About 1min e.g. is preferable as the continuous running time of an air blowing fan 9. Thus, the copying machine can be prevented from the danger of firing. |
