PURPOSE:To surely remove paper powder or developer from a blade and to prevent the blade from the generation of sqeaking by vibrating the blade forcedly. CONSTITUTION:Since the root part of the blade 5 is fixed on a fitting member 7, the blade 5 is abutted or separated upon/from the surface of a photosensitive body 3 in accordance with the rotation of the fitting member 7. An ultrasonic oscillator 8 is fixed to the fitting member 7 for the blade 5, so that the blade 5 is oscillated together with the fitting member 7 by actuating the oscillator 8. Consequently, the developer 6 to be sticked to the blade 5 or foreign substances such as paper powder mixed in the developer 6 is shaken down from the blade 5 and the blade 5 can be prevented from the adhesion of the developer or foreign substances and the generation of sqeaking. |
