PURPOSE:To secure the secret of transmission information in terms of a device transmitting confidential picture information by providing a storage means that previously stores the prescribed picture information and transmitting information in said storage means after a final page is transmitted. CONSTITUTION:The storage means 9 that previously stores the prescribed information showing that transmitted picture information is confidential is provided. After the final page of the transmitted information is transmitted, the information stored in said storage means is transmitted. Thus, in addition to a received recording paper, a jointed paper to record the prescribed information showing that the confidential picture information is received is outputted to a reception side, and the secret of the confidential information can be maintained.
