PURPOSE:To attain the effective utilization of a file by using a mail management information file dividedly properly depending on the kind of storage information and managing its using state. CONSTITUTION:Mail management information relating to a sent mail is stored in a mail management information file 1 separately with a text. After the system operation, the file 1 is managed dividedly into a file area management information area 11, a mail utilizing management information area 12 and plural areas 13a-13n used as a mail management information area, a user mail box management information area, an additional file area management information area or an additional mail user management information area. Moreover, mail address information being a key extracting the mail management information as each mail user is stored as the user mail box management information stored in any of the areas 13a-13n. |
